NOTE: On June 27, 2022 a letter was submitted to the BOE exposing Raymond Williams,
as a BOARD OF ELECTIONS member, and his multiple blatant conflicts of interest and violation of law.
The BOE ignored candidate Bernier's demand for hearing.
No wonder why BOE has a POS reputation.
