Welcome to Projex Quantity Surveyors, we're an independent, multidisciplinary team of construction consultants, delivering our services across the UK.
We provide construction estimating, cost planning, project and commercial management support to Developers, Main Contractor’s, Sub-Contractors, Architect’s and Private Clients.

Estimating & Preparing Bills of Quantities
Preparing the Bills of Quantities allows all tendering contractors to price a project on the same basis. They can be used as part of the financial management of a project. We can supply these with and without cost estimates or using your own rates or libraries.
Tendering
Once we understand your goals and requirements for the project, we can assist you in the deciding on the most appropriate tender process. We’ll also advise you on the most suitable contractors to be invited to submit tenders. We can then help to assess these and help you choose the best contractor for the project.
Valuations
Our team can measure and value the work carried out during the valuation period and recommend a contractors or subcontractors payment on account including issuing and serving the correct notices. This helps our clients by ensuring payments are only made for work that has been performed and carried in accordance to contractual agreements.
Final Accounts
The Pojex QS team can help calculate and negotiate the final cost of your project with the contractor or subcontractors involved. In the process we can issue practical completion certificates and agree retention release and final payment dates.
Variations & Compensation Events Management
Projex Quantity Surveyors are experienced in dealing with contract variations and changes, acting on behalf of the employer, main contractor or subcontractor. We can provide our clients with the following services in regards to variations:- 1) Identification of required variations 2) Pricing and valuing variations 3) Advising on the cost and programme impact of variations 4) Agreeing contract variations
Programming & Delay Analysis
Construction projects are often subject to delays, regardless of who is culpible. Whether you are seeking to recover costs through a delay claim or simply require an extension of time notice to be served we can help! Delay and disruption claims can result in costly implications. We can also assist in drafting and monitoring construction programmes throughout the course of the project.
