Hello and welcome to the Center For Mind & Esteem development, with

Your life Coach Marvin Mack.  

Today we will be discussing The Concept of Change,  

Everyone knows in most cases we do not like change.  It is hard and it takes to long. We want immediate gratification, We are impatient and feel complete stress out, because we want change and it is not moving fast enough.  

Ask your self this question, “Do you think perception of change brings on Stress?” When I say perception, I mean how we really feel about something.  How do you feel about change?   

Positive or Negative Every time you think about what need to be done, and the change that needs to happen, Do you think positive or negative? What is you perception about your ability to make the change? Fear, doubt and insecurity or love, joy, peace?

And how is it getting played out in your daily life. Your Health, Relationships, Advancement, Wealth?  Hows that perception working out for you?  

I am just kidding, I do not like when people say that, because it reaffirms what you already know and it is their, way of telling you, to your face, what you are doing is not working and I am tied of telling you the same thing.  See.

But it is an important questions that we must constantly ask and answer for yourselves.  At this level of conscious awareness, we are better able to mange our time, energy and thought on what we desire to create in present time.

This is the process of building and we must start their by changing our perception of change.  From a Negative to a Positive.  We must change our perception of our ability to powerfully make the change, in love, joy, peace.  Powerfully and Confidently. 

How do we get to that level of Self-Management to make the change?  Let’s start by realizing that we must change our perception of CHANGE. PERIOD. WE MUST CHANGE OUR PERCEPTION OF CHANGE, PERIOD.  And Please not you can not fake it because your body will always reflect your understanding of the process of change.  Moreover, how you react and respond to life in present time, will truthfully tell you if you really understand the process of change.  It is a practice and we must master this Self-Management Concept for change in present time.  Let’s go.

Let’t me give you a conclusion before  we go into the 5 Step Process for Real Change”.

As your personal professional development Coach, I encourage you to master The Concept of Change.  When we understand that change is a process.  Relax, Relax and learn to be still.  It is in these moments that you are able to re-align your mind body and spirit with a higher power greater than yourself.  Knowing that in present time, if we are still, there is a higher power that is operating and managing all that you see with your physical eyes.  There is a higher power that is in control of everything that you see in your external world.  

Think about out it.  You are not in control of the external world or anyone it it.  Let’s me say that again.  You are not in control of the external world or anyone it it.  Period.  However, we do have influence in the external world.  We can not control it.  But we definitely have some influence over the external world and we do have some influence of the people in our external world.

5 Step Process for “Real Change”. Real change is always a reflection of your body mind and spirit. 

Real change is always a reflection of your body mind and spirit.  5 Step Process for “Real Change”.

1. Relax, Relax, Relax – If you are not relaxed during the process of change, it makes the experience difficult and frustrating. When

you are tense and frustrated, the needed positive energy cannot flow through you. When you are relaxed in the process of change, you naturally have a better attitude, are more energized, and feel empowered. This positive energy will make you process of change easier and more enjoyable, even in challenging times.

2. You must be the number one reason you want to change – Changing and altering yourself for others will only leave you feeling empty and unfulfilled in the end. You are worthy of being the number one reason you want to change your life. When you change because you want to change, it gives you an inner power and motivation that will last a lifetime.

3. You must start changing from the inside out – Whether you want to change your financial situation, relationships, career, or your physical body, you must start from the inside. As you begin to develop your mind, body and spirit you will become a more powerful person. This will give you the energy and confidence that you need to change your life externally. You will find yourself setting realistic goals, and following through on completing them one by one.

4. Start small, be consistent, and never give up – You must decide on what major changes you need to make in your life. Next, develop a written plan of action. Break your goals down into small tasks that you can work on each day. You must beconsistent. Before you know it, you will have changed, reached your short-term goals and will be closer to your long-term or ultimate goals.

 

5. Live Consciously – There is no greater changing force than living consciously. Living consciously allows you to become aware of your mental, physical and emotional needs and make conscious decisions to deal with those needs in a healthy, empowering way. Living consciously will empower you to make effective decisions on a daily basis and react and respond to life’s challenges in positive powerful ways.

Ask yourself again,  

“Do I understand the Process of change?”  

If I truly understand the Process of change, what am I going to do with that information, Understanding?

Meaning what are you going to do with your present time, time, energy and thoughts?  Where are you going to re-focus your time, energy and thoughts?  

Thank about it.  When you are free from the level of stress, that our perception bought on us,  remember, we let the stress, fear, about and insecurity go.  We let’s our negative perception of change go, so the question becomes, 

What am I going to create in present time with the rest of my life focus.  I may not be able to change the world, but I do and will have a positive powerful influence in the external world.  I intend to take my Mind, body and spirit to the next level of authentic success. I intent to heal and transform my Health, relationships, career and finances to the next level of authentic success, now. Thank your higher power greater than yourself,  I am open and receptive to a higher level of love, joy, peace and great riches.  I know that I must be still and know. Know there is a higher power greater than myself, and when I am in align with that power,  I will want for no thing or no one.  .e., I can do anything and I can buy anything I want and not have money be an issue.  I can have whatever I want.  And I know that it start with knowing, and being in that consciousness in present time.

David Allen, author of Getting Things Done and Ready for Anything, gets right to the point when he says, "Time is just time, you can't mismanage it. What that really means is that you mismanaged the agreement you had with yourself about what you should have accomplished." He goes on to say that time management is really a complex issue of self-management where work needs to be captured, clarified, organized and reviewed in line with your purpose, values, vision, goals, and strategies. When these things are in line, you'll feel good about how you are managing time. Does that sound complicated? Maybe, but it’s not impossible.
