Return Policy

If you are unsatisfied with the product, you must return the unused Vigamaxx® pack within 90 days from the date of purchase for a full product refund (Shipping & Handling is not refunded & there will be a charge of $10.00 processing fee). You must include yoour invoice for speedier refund.

Please note the following terms and conditions:

When returning product for a refund you must include:

• Unused or full packed of Vigamaxx®
• A copy of your invoice
• A detailed explanation for the reason of the refund request

Pertinent Information on Returns:

• We cannot process or refund packages marked "Return to Sender."
• We cannot process or refund packages without a note explaining the reason for a refund request.
• Refunds will be issued to the same credit card to which they were charged.
• No extensions to the 90 day money back guarantee may be given out at any time.
