Equipment You Might Need
Most workouts can be twice as effective by using some basic and inexpensive equipment!
Some basic equipment includes:
Dumbbells. Kettlebells, Slam Balls, Resistance Bands, TRX Straps. (As shown in the pictures above).
If you have room, I'd STRONGLY suggest a Standing Heave Bag and Boxing Gloves for faster & maximum Weight Loss & Toning Results.
Boxing is great for core, upper body conditioning and toning. Such as Stomach, Chest, Back, Biceps, Triceps, Forearms and Shoulders.
Kicking is great for Core, lower body conditioning and toning. Such as Stomach, Gluttes, Quads and Calves.
