I help businesses by providing excellent service in major business sectors such as Customer Service, Recruitment, Social Media Management, Web Design, and Graphics Design so they can have more free time to do other important work, be less stressed, and focus on business development.
I am an experienced Customer Support Expert with more than 8 years of experience with international clients from telecommunications, health care, retail, and trading accounts. I have assisted with various tasks and managed client accounts daily such as e-mail handling (including setting appointments with internal/external clients), calls, chats, troubleshooting, inbound sales, order entering, order tracking, etc.
I have also been a Freelance Recruitment Specialist in an online China-based ESL Company for a year and a half. I conducted interviews with Local and International applicants worldwide doing the end-to-end processes from pre-interviews and organizing schedules to creating logins and training endorsements and making follow-ups on their current progress and status.
I have also an experience as an Appointment Setter. I can also do basic tasks like Data Entry using Google docs and spreadsheets, as well as managing Google Drive and Google Calendar.
Currently, I'm into web and mobile application design, creating well-designed and testable websites using the best software development practices to advance my skills for self-improvement.
My main goal is to give an outstanding result, strong professional approach, have a long-term relationship, and guarantee 100% satisfaction with my work.
