We have consulted SEVERAL Household names that we ALL interact with on a Daily Basis... such as The Behemoth of Shark Tank which we consulted with the Production Company to curate The Sharks BEFORE it even hit the air! And Shark Tank... was built during our Founder (C.F. Hutton)'s stint as a Corporate Executive for a Fortune 500 Company... in his mid 20s!
Our Founder in what he would describe "my angst in a lot of different situations" has been consulting since BEFORE he was a teen! Having passed the ©Mensa exam at an early age and being accepted into one of the country's Top High Schools when he was 13 (to attend at 14)... he began a journey to excel past his rumble-tumble beginnings as a Detroit, Mi. Inner City Youth. Some of the Biggest Names in Business & Entertainment have come into DIRECT CONTACT and continued STEADY COMMUNICATION with him.
He entered into the Corporate World at age of 23 and became a Mid-Level Exec by 24... as he simultaneously navigated the terrain of the burgeoning Atlanta, Ga. Entertainment Industry simultaneously working VERY LONG HOURS for days on end as he worked to fulfill his dream.

for ALL Consultations
By BOOKING a CONSULTATION via PHONE, VIDEO CONFERENCING, or FACE-to-FACE you agree to the following terms:
- **NO REFUNDS**: All paid bookings are **non-refundable** for cancellations or missed appointments (no-shows).
- RESCHEDULING:
- Paid bookings may be rescheduled **without additional fees** if the request is made **more than 24 hours** prior to the original appointment time.
- Rescheduling requests made **within the 24-hour window** before the appointment may be subject to an additional fee at the provider's discretion.
- for VIDEO-CONFERENCING Appointments:
- If you require a **local Professional Service Provider** for your video consultation, you **must note this need at the time of booking**.
- Failed Video Connections WILL NOT be grounds for a refund.
- In the event of a failed connection, rescheduling will be offered at no additional cost for the first instance only. A second request due to connection failure will not be eligible for a fee waiver.
- for FACE-to-FACE Bookings:
- Local Face-to-Face Bookings require a minimum 7-day advance booking window.
- Out-of-State Face-to-Face Bookings require a minimum 14-day advance booking window.
- This means appointments must be scheduled for a date at least 7 or 14 days from the booking date, respectively.
- Per-diem costs may apply for Out-of-State and/or Regional Consultations outside of the Detroit Metropolitan Area.
**Special "Shoot-Your-Shot" 15-Minute Sales Pitch/Consultation Disclaimer**:
By booking this consultation, you agree to the following terms:
- $3,000 USD or USDC Booking Fee**:
- A non-refundable payment of $3,000 USD is required to schedule your 15-minute "Shoot-Your-Shot" sales pitch.
- "We Won't Like It... But If You Think You Can Sell Us... Shoot Your Shot!"**: This is a high-barrier opportunity for vendors to pitch our company. We expect MOST PITCHES WILL NOT SUCCEED. (But who knows... MAYBE YOURS WILL.)
- **Conditional Refund**: IF we are impressed and "like" your sales pitch enough to do busines... we will refund your $3,000 USD or USDC booking fee, **minus ANY Service and/or Payment Processing Fees**.
- **No Refund Guarantee**: There is **no guarantee** of a refund. The vast majority of bookings are expected to be non-refundable.
