While our technical support team attempts to resolve any or all possible platform issues, we can not guarantee a full and complete solution to your problem. We will credit you a full or partial payment credit, caused by software coding errors (system bugs), to be determined by us, at our sole discretion. In the event that we determine, the problem was caused due to user errors, unsupported third-party scripts or any other external coding, no credits or refunds shall be provided.
