Every app that is in your package has its own support channel. You can find the support in the menu portion of your app, it is usually in the form of an email, please be patient as it can be up to 2 days (48hrs) for a responce.
You can request a new password from the login screen of the app in question. Just enter your email used to access the app and you will recive instructions to change password.
