Each task we undertake will be individually costed but generally our fees are: Sole traders - from £375, 2 person partnerships - from £675, limited companies - from £950 but is dependent on complexity. Other business structures prices are variable. Unfortunately we have to add VAT to our fees. If you are registered for VAT, you can recover this cost.
Businesses need to produce accounts annually both to check on progress and for banks and tax authorities. The compilation, construction and assembly of a set of accounts should not be left to the unqualified. Cheapness is no substitute for professionalism.
We can work at all levels for you with our accountancy services, from accepting a bundle of invoices every month to receiving your balanced Day Books and Bank Reconciliation for finalising. The Book Keeping part of your accounting responsibilities does not have to be a chore. We can show you how to do it simply and easily, or we can do it for you. We can also receive data from computer packages.
We can produce Management Accounts and Cash Flow Forecasts as required by Banks for Business Plans, Courts and for Contracts.

Employers will now have to be Pensions compliant as soon as an employee is taken on. There will be no staging dates issued. The Pensions Regulator will assist you to be compliant & you can find them at www.thepensionsregulator.gov.uk. They are very friendly and approachable.
Minimum and Living Wage rates are compulsory not optional, you must not pay your employees below those rates. Current rates can be found at hmrc.gov.uk or you can telephone us.

If your turnover goes over £85,000, you must register for VAT
It may be beneficial for you to register earlier... but talk to us first about this.
There are various VAT schemes that you may have to follow and some that it may be beneficial to choose. These include the Flat Rate scheme, Cash Accounting and Annual Accounting.
Secondhand Goods, Opticians, Motor Dealers and Farmers have specialised Schemes.
