WELCOME TO THE IAL REFER A COACH PROGRAM!

The IAL Referral Program allows existing IAL Network Coaches to refer their fellow Coaches to join the IAL Coaching Partners. It is an opportunity for every already established IAL coach to earn an additional bonus that can be used to pay for subscription fees, tools, applications and more. Keeping your own hard earned money in your pocket.Your bonus depends on the number of coaches being referred within your first 30 days of joining the IAL Coaching Partners Program. Every coach who wants to participate in the IAL Referral Program automatically agrees to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Existing IAL Coaches can refer other new coaches (Referral) by sending them a unique referral link generated inside the IAL Referral Program section in their Personal Account page. If the existing IAL Coach registers a new coach and the new coach registers for his/her first workshop within the first 7 days, the Coach is eligible to receive a bonus of 50% of the new Coach's first monthly payment or 10% of the Coach's first annual payment.

• Note: If the Referral doesn't use the Coach's invite link to sign up, then the Coach doesn't get the bonus for that Referral.

• How It Works: Coach Rita referred her coaching partner from a previous project Mason to join IAL Coaching Partners. Mason signed up using Coach Rita's link to become a Business Coach and to join our awesome team on February 1st.

• Mason has two weeks to sign-up for his 1st workshop in order for Rita to receive her bonus. He takes his time and looks over the TEP Academy in the two weeks following his registration to further explore the platform’s functionality.

• On February 15, Mason registered for his 1st workshop and Urica! Coach Rita earns her bonus. If Mason had waited one more day then Coach Rita would have lost her opportunity. Coach Rita will be paid 30 days after Coach Masons' registration date, on March 16th.

• Accessing/Removing Your Funds: Funds are sent to your TEP Academy account and can be withdrawn at any time. Once the new referred coach signs up and completes his/her first workshop within a 14 day period, you get a chance of earn money in your coaches draw. In two weeks, when the the grace period ends, the referred user becomes a active member of the IAL Coaching Partners Team. Funds will be funds will be sent to your draw. 30 days after the Referral's subscription date. Important notice: The bonus will not be given to the Advocate if the Referral makes a chargeback or asks for a refund. Thus, the 30-day window is required to prevent fraud.

• Only one referral link can be used for each account. If a Referral receives multiple links, then the bonus will be given to the Advocate whose link was used by the Referral to sign up for the free trial.

IAL reserves the right to make changes to the Referral Program, referral bonus rates, and the program terms at any time. IAL can also terminate this Referral Program or any user’s participation in the program at any time and for any reason. In case you signed up for the Referral Program but no longer want to participate in it, simply deactivate your referral link. To do it, please email us with the subject “Terminate” at referralIAL@bagseazun.com. Make sure you send the email from the address you used to sign up for the program. We will process your application and cancel your participation.

IAL Referral Program is an opportunity for every Network Creator to earn credits that can be used inside of the platform.

Straightforward Process: Referral Joins IAL Coaching Partner's

1. Become a paid subscriber after 14 days.
2. You become an advocate and get a credit.
3. You get 50% of the amount of the monthly subscribed user
4. You get 10% of the amount of the annually subscribed user. 

Example: Aaron is a Network Creator at IAL. He generates a unique link and shares with Amanda. Amanda follows the link and signs up for a free trial on Jul 1. She learns the platform functionality and happily subscribes at IAL for Mission Growth Monthly ($79) package on Jul 15. Aaron gets $29.5 to his IAL account on Aug 15. (If Amanda subscribes for Mission Growth ($588) package, Aaron gets $58.8)
