I am a dedicated public servant, with a passion for helping people from all walks of life and backgrounds get all of their important documents signed and notarized quickly, efficiently, and accurately.

As a licensed Real Estate Broker for over 20 years in three separate states I have been involved in many loan document signings and home sales contract closings, I am very familiar with the paperwork involved in a real estate transaction or affairs of the estate.

My business partner Cinnamon, the other face in the photo, says I am too humble and that I don't "sell" myself as much as I should and that potential notary clients should know that I earned my Bachelor's degree in Business from the University of Michigan and continued my higher education by earning a Master's degree in business administration from Baker College of Business a small business college in Michigan while working for General Motors Acceptance Group.

She also wanted me to point out that I have over 20 years as a self-employed entrepreneur that has not only been a licensed real estate broker in three separate states I have also had my contractors license in both Michigan and Tennessee so I know my way around document signings because I have participated in them both helping others and through personal transactions.

She also wanted me to point out to you that If you don't hire me to notarize your documents, you don't get your documents notarized, I don't get to help you with your notarization and document signing and therefore I don't get paid which means I can't buy her kibble and treats.  

Her line of thinking is if you hire John for your document signing needs it creates a win-win-win situation.  You get your documents notarized,  I get the pleasure of assisting you with your document singing needs and she gets treats.  In her mind, it couldn't work out much better.
