I pledge to cancel our appointment or not accept a signing if I have experienced the following:
- Experienced any cold or flu-like symptoms (such as fever, cough, sore throat, respiratory illness, difficulty breathing) in the last 14 days: or
- Been in close contact to anyone that has been in close contact with, or have cared for someone diagnosed with COVID-19; or
- Have returned from international travel within the last 14 days.
I will exercise good sense and implement WHO and/or CDC recommended precautions, including the following considerations as applicable:
- Contact the signer/customer prior to the appointment to confirm the same, also inquiring of any issues that could impact the completion of the assignment.
- If you elect, I will wear a mask and/or gloves, please notify the borrower/resident that you are doing so only as a safeguard
- I will be prepared to provide multiple pens that are wiped, and given to each person signing (in lieu of one pen traded amongst all signing parties); and
- Utilize disinfectant wipes after touching all surfaces.
- Out of an abundance of caution, I Can use a plexiglass shield for signings, if you desire. out of an abundance of caution.
