Bio - Ivan Hargrove

Pastor Ivan Hargrove is a passionate and inspirational motivational speaker and coach.  He has a background in business administration and accounting and has 34 years’ experience working in government contracting with the Department of Defense.  He has been in ministry for over the past 30 years where he has serves in numerous capacities impacting thousands of lives. 

Ivan places great value in honesty, trust, credibility, communication, knowledge, quality and other traits in his client relationships.  He believes the only way to establish a trusting effective relationship is through total honesty.  He is motivated in being honest with clients and demands that same motivation from them to exact a bonafide deliverable to them that will provide to them a vehicle that will impact their lives positively.   He encourages clients to be honest about their current situations and about what they are willing to sacrifice to obtain their expected outcomes.
