Dr. Muhammad Abdur-Rashid is an award winning real estate professional with nearly two decades of experience in the private, non-profit, government and public sectors. His background includes director and leadership level positions with national non-profits like the National Park Foundation, Fortune 500 investment banking firms like Wells Fargo Financial, internationally renowned universities like Rutgers University, as well as such federal agencies as the Department of the Interior and the Smithsonian Institute. Dr. Rashid brings his wealth of knowledge and experience in marketing, organizational management, resource development, finance and research to the real estate market, for the benefit of his clients. He holds a BS in International Marketing, an MPA in International Development and Public Administration and a PhD in International Relations and Public Administration, in addition to a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation from the National Association of Realtors.
